JapanCalc (“we”, “our”, “the site”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use japancalc.com and how it is used.

Summary: We do not collect, store, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII). All calculator tools run entirely in your browser — your inputs are never sent to any server.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No account registration or login system
• No email addresses or contact forms that store data
• No calculator inputs — all computation is client-side only
• No personally identifiable information of any kind
• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes

Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. which pages are most visited, which countries visitors come from). Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first and does not use cookies, does not fingerprint users, and does not track individuals across sites. No consent banner is required for Cloudflare Web Analytics under GDPR.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure site performance and understand search traffic. GA4 may use cookies to distinguish users. If you are visiting from the EU, we obtain your consent before activating GA4 tracking via our cookie consent notice.

Advertising — Google AdSense

JapanCalc displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to japancalc.com and/or other sites on the internet.
